Care Coordination

This module is designed to provide comprehensive training to Care Coordinators at DrKumo, focusing on the use of the Go2 System for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). Trainees will learn the fundamentals of RPM, master the Go2 System, understand their core duties, manage daily tasks, and conduct effective patient interactions.

Course Objectives:

1. Understand the role and responsibilities of Care Coordinators in RPM.
2. Gain proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Go2 System.
3. Learn to manage patient data and perform health analysis.
4. Improve patient engagement and coordination with healthcare providers.
5. Apply CPT codes effectively in daily responsibilities.
6. Develop strategies to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
